Executive Assistant and Admin Officer- Finance Division
- Employment Type: Full- time, fixed term 6-month contract
- Remuneration: $100k- $107k+ 17% flexible superannuation
- Location: Kensington, NSW (Hybrid work arrangement available)
Why your Role Matters
This role is a key position within our Finance Division providing high level executive support to the Director Operational Finance and proactive administrative assistance to Finance senior stakeholders. Support the day-to-day operations of the CFO Office overseeing key diary management, departmental communications and administrative support using sound judgement and initiative.
The role reports to the Finance Executive Officer; however, will take direction from the Director Operational Finance on a day-to-day basis. Based in the Office of the CFO who provide governance, strategic, operational and executive level support to the Chief Financial Officer and the broader operations within Finance, Division of Operations at UNSW

Who you are
You'll have existing experience supporting executives, with significant diary management and administrative support skills. Your highly developed organisational abilities enable you to work flexibly and prioritise tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, alongside the following skills and experience:
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- High level organisational skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer services and support.
- Proven skills in preparing documentation, presentations and reports, and advanced competency in the use of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives
