What is unique about you?
As a seasoned Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing high-level support to the CEO, ensuring the seamless coordination of key business functions. Your exceptional organisational and project management skills will enable you to juggle multiple priorities with precision, consistently delivering high-quality work that meets the highest standards. Attention to detail is critical in this role, as you will be responsible for managing tasks, projects, and communications, proactively identifying and addressing any issues before they arise. Your strong research and analytical abilities will allow you to transform insights into actionable recommendations that directly support the CEO’s decision-making, driving the company’s success.
In addition to your operational expertise, your outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial as you engage with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining trusted relationships across the organisation. You will handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach that drives continuous improvement. A positive "can-do" attitude, maturity, and willingness to support others in both small and large tasks will be key to your success. Whether it's managing the office, stocking the kitchen, or prioritising tasks, your curiosity, innovation, and strong commitment to helping senior leadership will make you an invaluable asset to the team.
A snapshot of your role….
- Optimise the CEO’s schedule and communications. Take charge of managing the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating meetings and travel to drive maximum efficiency, while supporting senior leadership as needed.
- Facilitate seamless communication across all levels, internally and externally, ensuring swift, proactive responses to the CEO’s needs and supporting the execution of key strategic priorities.
- Lead research efforts, craft compelling reports and presentations, and serve as a key voice for the CEO, ensuring clear, consistent communication across the organisation and with stakeholders.
- Own the coordination of board meetings, ensure timely and accurate information flow, and support governance processes, keeping the CEO and leadership team aligned with board priorities.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, build strong external relationships, organise impactful team events, and ensure WHS compliance to foster a productive, safe, and collaborative workplace.
