Join Our Team as a Customer Service Scheduler!
Australia's premier blackout screen provider, ScreenAway, is seeking a vibrant individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite at our brand-new Tonsley facility. Training will be provided temporarily at our Regency Park office in the lead up to our Tonsley premises completion in May 2025.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Scheduler, you'll be the voice of ScreenAway, engaging with customers to understand their needs and schedule an in-home Design & Measure appointment. No cold calling here – just warm, meaningful conversations. We're looking for someone with a natural flair for communication and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Provide unparalleled customer service with every interaction
- Maintain records in our database to ensure seamless follow-up
- Collaborate with our team to exceed performance targets and goals
- Coordinate appointments and nurture customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, upbeat personality that shines through on the phone
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- Proactive, motivated, and always eager to go the extra mile
- General computer skills, outlook, excel & CRM systems.
- Experience in appointment coordination and customer relationship management is a plus.
