The Role:

Full-time Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator at our Waverley store collaborating with the sales and admin team in the ins and outs of warehousing. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organization, and maintenance of day-to-day warehouse activities

• Engage in the receipting and dispatching of customers orders, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care and professionalism

• Embrace general administrative tasks with finesse, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Candidates must have:

• A strong customer service focus
• Strong communication skills
• Be self-motivated
• An ability to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• General computer skills
• Be able to show initiative and work within a team environment
