Job Description:

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to;

• Liaising with customers on general enquiries & orders
• Processing customers' purchase orders
• Organising deliveries
• Preparing and processing customer invoices
• Inventory control & stock reconciliation
• General office administration

Technical & Role Competencies:

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility and ability to prioritise customer orders and deliveries
• MS Office Proficiency
• Sage Proficiency (desirable not required)
• 1 - 3 years' experience in administration or accounts
• Ability to work within a team environment
