Autesso is Australia’s workplace coffee specialist, supplying businesses with premium automatic coffee machines, locally roasted coffee, and expert servicing. We manage everything in-house, from machine installation to ongoing service and support. What You’ll Be Doing 💻
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure smooth operations across service, orders, and administration. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service Excellence – Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing friendly, professional, and efficient support.
- Service Coordination – Schedule and process service jobs for our in-house coffee machine technicians and drivers.
- Order Processing & Logistics – Process customer orders accurately, coordinate deliveries, and maintain stock flow.
- CRM & Data Management – Maintain and update customer details, schedules, orders, and price lists.
- Reporting & Data Entry – Support sales, accounts, and management with reporting and data entry.
- Compliance & Documentation – Assist with maintaining company registrations, safety compliance, and record-keeping.
- Documenting Processes & Procedures – Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal guides to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Special Projects – From coffee tastings to helping create training videos, there’s always something interesting happening!
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with management and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

Skills & Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills – professional, warm, and solution-focused.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable learning and using new software, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or sales support preferred.
- Experience in a service-based business (e.g., scheduling field technicians) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Shopify or social media management (e.g., creating content, managing business accounts) is a bonus and may be reflected in salary.
The Details
- Location: Port Melbourne (on-site with flexibility for hybrid after probation)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible finishing times available)
