Are you experienced across pronto ERP with a knack for problem-solving and a strong understanding of wholesale distribution and supply chain processes?

If you're looking for a hands-on role where you can support, enhance, and optimise business systems, this could be the opportunity for you!

You’ll be the go-to expert for business-critical applications, providing Level 2 & 3 support and driving continuous improvements across ERP, BI, and EDI systems. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing change requests, and enhancing system processes.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

• Own the administration and support of PRONTO ERP, including sales, purchasing, finance & inventory modules
• Support key business applications such as Phocas BI, OPSI, EDI, and Commerce Vision
• Be a problem-solver, resolving escalated technical issues and streamlining system interfaces
• Work on exciting projects, assisting in large-scale technology implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, gathering business requirements and ensuring smooth system operations
• Document system processes & procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance

Ideal skills to be successful in this role:

• 2 - 5 years experience with Pronto ERP
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of wholesale distribution & supply chain
• Great documentation and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
