Role Purpose
As the Business Systems Analyst and Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimising business systems to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, recommend technology solutions, and drive continuous improvement in system workflows and data management.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of business systems, preferably within a member-based organisational environment. The ideal candidate will also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis and administration, process improvement and requirements gathering.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, data analysis and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in system documentation, business case development and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with enterprise systems (CRM's, ERP's) and data integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, with a proactive and results driven mindset.
Location
Ideally, this role will be based at the National Office in Canberra, with hybrid work arrangements available.
