About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join the team at Echo Air Conditioning Pty Ltd. In this full-time role based in Smeaton Grange, NSW, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's service requests, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of solutions to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Receive and process incoming service requests from customers
• Schedule and assign service technicians to jobs based on their availability and expertise
• Liaise with customers to provide updates on the status of their service requests
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and customer interactions using SimPRO software
• Invoicing customers
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the service delivery experience
• Ordering of parts and equipment to support the service team
• Provide administrative support to the wider office team as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a client-facing service coordination or administration role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in using various software applications, including CRM and scheduling tools
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment
