The Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in managing administrative duties, client communications, and supporting our marketing initiatives. As part of a start-up, you will wear multiple hats, responding to emails, answering phone calls, liaising with our valued clients, and creating engaging content for our social media platforms, especially LinkedIn. You’ll play a critical part in supporting the operational needs of our company while helping us grow and strengthen our brand presence.
A secondary component of your role will involve coordinating and preparing medico-legal reports. You will assist our specialist doctors by performing quality checks on transcriptions, drafting accurate and professional documents, and ensuring timely report delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a balance of client-facing work, administrative tasks, and assisting with marketing efforts in a start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and monitor email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Help manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, coordinating report delivery, and organising documents to support team productivity.
- Assisting with Medibytes Legal’s marketing efforts, including creating engaging LinkedIn posts, social media content, and supporting other marketing initiatives to build our brand presence.
- Assist with marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services and raise awareness of our brand.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflows and contribute to the company's success.
About You:
You are a proactive, organised, and communicative professional who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment. You have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a particular interest in client services, marketing, and administration. While experience in medical or legal administration is a plus, we value your creativity and initiative in taking on various aspects of the role.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a preference for experience in the medical or legal industry, client services or marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and an eagerness to learn new systems.
- Experience creating social media content, and an interest in building brand awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear and concise correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable.
