We are a close-knit team, comprised of long-term employees. Office hours are 7.30am to 4.00pm. For the right candidate, start time can be flexible.
Your Qualities
You will have:
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- Proven computer skills with knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong time management skills and work ethic
- Capability to prioritise work and schedules
- Positive and happy attitude
- Passion for building strong client relationships
- Experience with the software Xero is preferred
Your Duties and Responsibilities will be but not limited to;
- First point of contact with clients in person and on the telephone
- Appointment management
- Onboarding new data onto our systems
- Prioritising and promply replying incoming and outgoing mail and Facebook messages
- Admin assistance and liason between clients, salespeople and installers
- Daily accounts receivable assistance
- Follow up calls to clients on various matters
- Other adhoc administration duties such as filing, photocopying, emails etc
