Who Are We Looking For?

As the new Level 1 Engineer, you will take ownership of providing great first-level technical service and building lasting relationships with clients. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field or a TAFE equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a bubbly personality.
- Excellent work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and on site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve level 1 hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Document and track issues using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
