We are seeking a skilled IT professional Level 1/2 engineer to join our service desk and must have experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Microsoft Intune MDM solution to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable mobile device environments. This role requires expertise in enterprise mobility solutions, security policies, and hands-on experience with leading MDM platform Microsoft Intune.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be prepared to travel for Project related work
- Manage and configure MDM platform Microsoft Intune devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues
- Provide technical guidance, training, and best practices to IT teams and end users.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, security threats, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align MDM strategies with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align MDM strategies with business objectives.
- Proven experience as Level 1 or higher Service Desk Engineer.
- Strong expertise with MDM platform Microsoft Intune
- Understanding of enterprise mobility security, device compliance, and management.
- Experience with iOS, Android, and Windows device management.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Must have a current Drivers License
