As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. You’ll work closely with carriers and internal teams to resolve any issues, track shipments, and provide timely updates. Your goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience and build lasting
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, Salesforce, and Live Chat.
- Understand client needs and provide customized freight solutions.
- Explain freight services, pricing, and relevant solutions in clear terms.
- Work with carriers and internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure
- satisfaction.
- Provide updates and track important shipments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and MachShip (Transportation
- Management System).
- Assist customers with preparing quotes and booking freight services.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure timely responses to urgent inquiries and updates by liaising with carriers.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience freight/logistics, transportation, or a related field mandatory.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, MachShip, or similar CRM systems is preferable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Experience with timeslot booking is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Hours
- Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm (Non-negotiable)
