A bit about us…
Fusion first opened its doors to clients worldwide in 2019. Since then we’ve expanded globally, at an exponential rate (growing by triple digits each year!), and now have clients trade over $150 billion of volume on our trading platforms every single month! What you’ll own…
As a part of the operations team, you will get to work directly on creating new trading products, improving pricing and execution quality, maintaining the trading infrastructure, investigating trading issues, generating internal data and reporting, as well as assisting other teams within the business with day-to-day operations. The role will require problem-solving ability and the skill to identify process improvements, potential risks, and issues to ensure our systems run smoothly and that our clients have the best trading experience possible. A typical day would look like this:

• Handling operational and trading issues as they arise.
• Assisting internal stakeholders in support, sales, and finance with day-to-day queries and requests.
• Administration and maintenance of trading infrastructure.
• Completing daily operational processes accurately.
• Improving our pricing, products and processes.
• Assisting the Head of Operations.
• Ensure compliance at all times.
• Other tasks that pop up once you get going!

What we are looking for…

• Great attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy is a must, and some proficiency in technical skills such as SQL or Python would be ideal
• A degree in a finance or business-related field or relevant financial markets experience
• Must be an Australian permanent resident
