The Job…..
In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Playing a key role in account opening procedures, conducting thorough customer due diligence to maintain a trusted and secure client base.
  • Expertly handling both sales and purchases with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Managing account opening and closing, maintaining exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established practices, procedures, and regulations while executing daily tasks, promoting a culture of integrity and professionalism.
  • Perform daily duties with an unwavering commitment to precision and attention to detail.
  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee high-value transitions through meticulous cash management practices.
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on compliance to maintain ethical business practices and regulatory adherence.
  • Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by the Operations Manager, continuously expanding your skills and experience.
