About the role
This full-time Office Administrator, Guest Relations & Property Manager role at Montville Real Estate offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected real estate agency on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing all administrative tasks, and supporting the property management division.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all clients, visitors, and tenants
- Handling all administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and general office management
- Assisting the Property Management team with tasks such as lease renewals, inspections, and maintenance coordination
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
- Supporting the wider team with any additional tasks as required
- Lease renewals.
- Front reception duties.
- Tenant application administration.
- Marketing material co-ordination.
- Filtering email/phone enquiries.
What we're looking for
- Property management experience (6 months plus).
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and property management software
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
