About the role:
Social Workers within Central Queensland Health (CQ Health) provide comprehensive Social Work services as an integral part of its health care delivery system.
- The role will support the integration of the reform agenda inclusive of the Domestic and Family Violence High Risk Team, training and education as well as support the leadership in promoting excellence across CQ Health in D&FV.
- The role will coordinate integration functions across the HHS inclusive of education, supporting the promotion of the High Risk Team, and other initiatives relating to D&FV.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise obtained through significant professional development activities, post graduate education or formal qualifications, and active engagement in development and learning opportunities.
- Collaborate at a work unit/service area level and/or across professions to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes, applying conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
About you:
Possession of a degree qualification in Social Work from a recognised tertiary institution and eligibility for professional membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Overseas applicants must obtain a letter from the AASW confirming eligibility for professional membership and provide a copy with their position application.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $34,522 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
