The Domestic & Family Violence (DFV) Specialist Case Manager provides specialist, high-level intervention, case management and group work services to women who are experiencing domestic and family violence with the aim of improving client safety, self-sufficiency, and healing.
The role is guided by the various national, state and local plans to reduce violence against women and their children by providing a range of safety and empowerment services and supports with a focus on security and resilience.
The role recognises that Domestic and Family violence may include violence from an intimate partner, family members, or kinship member.
