About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, managing their marketing activity while also getting hands-on with creative execution. Your day-to-day will include:

-Manage and oversee monthly client projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs

-Designing static ads, eDMs, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma

-Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and performance metrics

-Briefing in and executing creative concepts and collaborating with designers, videographers, photographers and content creators

-Writing compelling ad copy, eDMs, and social media captions

-Optimising paid media accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) and tracking performance daily

-(Bonus) Editing photos in Lightroom or handling basic videography

About You:

You’re a creative thinker with a strategic mindset. You’re just as comfortable managing client expectations as you are rolling up your sleeves and designing an eDM. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and love seeing ideas come to life.

-3+ years experience in digital marketing, account management, or a creative role

-Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic content strategies

-Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma

-Excellent communication and copywriting skills

-Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects

-Experience with eDM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)

-(Bonus) Lightroom or basic videography/editing skills
