Albury Wodonga 4X4 is a growing business that provides a wide range of products & services to the 4WD, offroad, and tourism markets, specialising in customised solutions.
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and monthly management reports to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales & Administration Director, the role includes:
- Processing accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Processing payroll
- Reconciling bank statements
- Providing accurate and timely financial reports
- General front office assistance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency with accounting software, eg Xero
- Proficiency with Office365, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pleasant communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors and staff
- Desire to build role capabilities and improvements
