We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth business operations.

About the Role

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Manage payroll and timesheets
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial records
• Maintain and update financial records and company databases
• Assist with bookkeeping and reporting tasks
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
• Handle general office duties, including emails, calls, insurances, apprenticeships and event planning.

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
