We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Lava Coffee Bridge road Mackay. As a casual Lava Coffee Barista, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and preparing delightful coffee and beverage experiences for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your barista skills and passion for the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to the highest standard
• Handle cash transactions and provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee/cafe role
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine love for making great coffee
