About the Role

• Develop personalised rehabilitation plans – Support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
• Complete a range of assessments – Including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (OT only).
• Identify return-to-work pathways – Use lateral thinking and forward planning to align with recovery milestones.
• Apply clinical expertise & problem-solving – Utilise injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders – Collaborate with clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Present case information – Provide credible recommendations and solutions to drive desired return-to-work goals.

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists & Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Full AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA (SIRA - essential)
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
