Job Description:

• Conduct clinical and therapeutic interventions in Disability and Community settings to enhance the quality of life.

• Mentor and coach junior therapists, contributing to ongoing improvement projects.

• Lead and supervise the team, ensuring high standards of care.

• Perform Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and develop evidence-based therapy plans.

• Assess homes for safety and accessibility.

• Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and support teams, providing education on key health topics.

Your Opportunity:
