What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria:

• Must be an accredited professional Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA.
• Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory—new graduates are welcome to apply!

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Manage a manageable caseload under the NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.
• Conduct assessments and develop effective strategies and recommendations to facilitate case progression.
• Travel interstate and conduct Medical Legal Assessments
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including insurers, employers, and medical professionals, to achieve positive rehabilitation outcomes.
• Prepare professional reports.
• (For senior consultants) Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff.
