We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Corporate Concierge to join our team in the vibrant Barangaroo precinct of Sydney's CBD. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to corporate clients in one of Australia's premier business districts.

This role is business hours, Monday to Friday 38hrs per week, with a rotating roster of 7.30am to 4.00pm and 9.30am to 6.00pm, you need to be available for both rosters. This role is based at Barangaroo at the offices of one of our Global professional Services clients. Salary $67000 + Super.

About You

You thrive in a front-of-house environment, with your attentive approach and understanding of the importance of service excellence.

Duties may include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all concierge-related enquiries and requests from corporate clients
  • Coordinate and book a wide range of services, including restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, and event tickets
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person requests efficiently and professionally
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers
  • Anticipate clients' needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations
  • Keep up-to-date with local events, attractions, and services in Sydney CBD and surrounding areas
  • Maintain a clean and organised concierge desk and lobby area

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a concierge role, preferably in a corporate or luxury hospitality setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to concierge services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet clients' needs
