About the role
As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, offering exceptional customer service and support. You’ll manage a range of tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for all those entering the building, from greeting visitors to handling requests. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be key as you contribute to a welcoming and professional environment.
Key duties of the role:
- Greet visitors, handle phone and email inquiries, and manage day-to-day client interactions with a friendly and professional approach.
- Provide a concierge service to tenants and guests, ensuring their requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms, events, and services within the building.
- Assist with logistics for VIP clients, managing parking, transport, and accommodation needs.
- Maintain security protocols and ensure that all visitors are signed in appropriately.
- Oversee general office administration, ensuring that supplies and facilities are well maintained.
- Foster relationships with clients and service providers to ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Respond to any urgent needs and act as a liaison between various teams within the office.
Skills & experience required:
- Proven experience in customer service, concierge, or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high standard of service.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in a high-end or corporate environment is a plus.
