Please note this role requires an immediate start and is a temporary 6 week assignment to cover a period of leave within the team. This role is fully work from home although must be located in Brisbane to be on site for events when necessary.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support, manage inquiries, and maintain event records.
- Organise and oversee the delivery of webinars, awards nights, networking events and other online events.
- Coordinate with speakers, venues, and third-party providers for event logistics.
- Administer conference registrations, maintain web pages, and update event schedules.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
- 3+ years of experience in an events coordinator role preferably in corporate events.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- A customer-focused approach with a professional and positive attitude.
- Available for an immediate start.
