The Role

We are looking for a Heat Pump Installer to undertake works for our Burnie branch!

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain best practice in relation to WHS on all sites / tasks.
• Ability to communicate with other trades and head contractors with site planning/issues.
• Installation Testing and Commissioning.
• Reporting of work carried out in our job management system.
• For a trainee applicant, the ability to take instructions and follow directions and participate in training with RTO’s as required.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Good time management and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team;
• High-level attention to detail, problem solving and sound judgment; and
• Ability to use app-based programs.

Minimum requirements:

• A current car driver's license.
• White card.
• Working with vulnerable people or able to obtain.
• Current police check or able to obtain.
• Desirable - Certificate II in Split Air-Conditioning & Heat Pumps (Heat Pump installer)
• Desirable - Experience in domestic installations would be an advantage.

Attractive Remuneration Package-including:

$74,500 – $77,500 based on a 38-hour week plus:

EBA Level rate negotiated commensurate with experience.
