The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Irrigation & Pumping Technician who can run the show on-site. This isn’t a role for someone still learning the ropes - we need an experienced irrigation technician who can:

• Take charge of irrigation and pumping jobs from start to finish.
• Coordinate the day-to-day on the job, including materials, the team and overall delivery.
• Lead a small on-site crew and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Chat with clients, keep them in the loop, and deliver top-quality results.
• Work with our Irrigation Manager, Drilling, and Licensing teams to make magic happen.

What You Bring to the Table

• Solid experience in irrigation and pumping in the agriculture or commercial spaces.
• Know your way around bore systems, irrigation pumps and installing new irrigation systems.
• A problem-solving mindset - you see challenges, not roadblocks.
• Strong communication skills (you’ll be the go-to person on-site).
• A keen eye for quality - you take pride in your work and don’t cut corners.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with off-grid solar bore pumping systems.
