About the Role

Located in South Perth, our boutique firm specialises in providing tax, business advisory and financial planning services to our wide range of clients. We're currently seeking an experienced full time Client Services Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high attention to detail with a friendly and professional personality to provide an exceptional service experience to our clients and team.

Job Description

  • Provide support to the Client Services Administrator
  • ASIC Corporate Compliance
  • Establishment of new entities
  • Business Registrations and submissions
  • Invoicing
  • Maintenance of CRM and files
  • Liaison with the Australian Taxation Office
  • General office administration and other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Experienced Client Services Assistant
  • Experience with Xero Practice Manager & CAS 360
  • Excellent client and team support
  • Sound understanding of accounting practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and experience with the use of, Xero Practice Manager and CAS 360 will be highly regarded.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
