This is a rare opportunity for a strong architect to join a highly regarded boutique practice to work on a range of high-profile retail projects. You will have experience locally and have the ability to drive a project through design and delivery. Strong client facing, contract admin and documentation skills are essential (ideally Vectorworks, cross training is available) and the ability to hit the ground running on drawing packages is a must.

Key responsibilities

• Active involvement in design and delivery stages of high-end retail stores
• Work with the regional Leader
• Work closely with external consultants and contractors
• Produce detailed documentation through all stages

Skills and experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• On-site/ delivery expertise
• A motivated, professional and adaptive individual
• High-level of proficiency in Vectorworks or willingness to cross train
