Your Role as a Project Architect

• Lead projects from start to finish, overseeing everything from initial feasibility and concept design to construction documentation, contract administration and site delivery.
• Engage directly with our clients, building strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage projects independently (typically $2M–$10M) and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive but efficient architectural working drawings while ensuring adherence to BCA and Australian standards.
• Be actively involved in contract administration, tender processes, and quality assurance.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team to fulfill their potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Australian Architect (minimum two years post-registration).
• Strong experience in commercial, hospitality, and retail design.
• Proficiency in Revit, confident in both design and documentation.
• A natural leader with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for design, construction, and seeing projects come to life.
• A passion to be a team player and work in a collaborative setting.
