V Architecture is a commercial architecture practice with expertise across multiple disciplines including Retail, Health, Early Learning, Commercial, Multi Residential and Industrial. Our Brisbane studio is seeking a motivated senior architect for a full-time position as a Project Architect.

AS A PROJECT ARCHITECT, YOU WILL:

1. Lead and manage project teams, from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective design strategies.
3. Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and construction specialists.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
5. Deliver comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in a Project Architect role in commercial architecture.
2. High level of skill in preparing full architectural documentation and coordinating consultants.
3. Excellent technical knowledge of construction principles, materials, and methodologies.
4. Ability to contribute to documentation and lead a project in Revit.
5. Someone eager to take the lead and grow within the business.
