Our client is a market leading project management Consultancy with a national ffotprint who provide full lifecycle PM services across the commercial, apartment, education, retail, industrial and capex Sectors. Due to consistent growth in their project pipeline, this group are currently looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

Working under the guidance of Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery. This role will see you heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations. You will provide assistance in managing the builder, coordinating the design team and ensure the client is fully engaged throughout the project.

About You
This role will suit candidates who have soem form of client side experience but who may also have previously working contractor side.

You will have worked as a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator or Project Manager with circat 4-8 total years of professional experience on the Eastern Seaboard. Ideally you will have gained exposure to the full project lifecycle from front-end design through the construction delivery. This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills and ability to built rapport with stakeholders is a non-negotiable.

Whilst not neccessary, those candidates with experience in managing child care/ early learning projects will be a bonus.
