The opportunity awaits for experienced Senior Strata Manager to join their friendly team! If you are a Senior Owners Corporation Manager with experience managing a high density portfolio, this opportunity is for you.

Work for a high end boutique firm with a great company culture. Full handover and administrative support is provided.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00pm.

In this position you will manage approx. 1800 lots (high density portfolio) with administrative and accounting support.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage approximately 1800 lots
- Create budgets
- Admin & strata accounts related duties (with finance team support)
- Maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
- Manage letters/breech notices, property defects
- Chairing meetings with time in lieu for after-hours attendance
- Liaise with trades to organise maintenance and repairs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Relevant understanding of the strata industry with strata management experience with 2+ years experience managing high density Owners Corporations (required)
- Completion of relevant industry training
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal with a positive attitude
- Live within 45 minutes of Port Melbourne
