The Challenge
Owners Corporation management isn’t for the faint-hearted. It’s a high-stakes juggling act where you’re constantly switching between putting out fires, managing demanding clients, and keeping up with an endless stream of emails. One minute, you’re resolving a dispute between feuding neighbours, the next, you’re chasing overdue fees or explaining complex legal regulations to an agitated committee. There’s no hiding from pressure—deadlines are tight, problems come at you fast, and after-hours meetings are just part of the deal.
But here’s the upside: the industry is growing fast and is currently understaffed. As more developments go up, the need for skilled Owners Corporation Managers only increases, meaning job security and long-term career opportunities. If you thrive in chaos, love a challenge, and want a career that keeps you on your toes, this could be the ride you’re looking for.
