Owners Corporation Manager – Small Portfolio, Strong Relationships

This privately owned Owners Corporation Management company has built a reputation for exceptional service and strong client relationships. With a collaborative and supportive team culture, we focus on delivering relationship-based management, not just administrative service.

We are a small, close-knit team looking for a confident, proactive Owners Corporation Manager to oversee a manageable and well-maintained portfolio of approximately 10 buildings (Tier 1 to Tier 3). The current manager remains in the business, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a team that values personality as much as professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations across your portfolio
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with committees and owners
3. Scheduling and convening committee meetings and AGMs
4. Ensuring compliance with strata legislation and regulations
5. Overseeing maintenance, budgets, and financial management
6. Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years of experience in Owners Corporation management
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
3. High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
4. Ability to work efficiently in a small team environment
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
6. Experience with Strata Master (preferred but not essential)
