Job Opportunity –

This role is to focus on wining and securing large Teir1 and Tier 2 civil construction projects within Queensland, you will be supported from head office but also from offices in Brisbane. Full autonomy and leadership coming from above you will a full transport team and service admin team to make sure that you not only get the best equipment available, but customers have the trust that you will deliver on time. The role itself needs to be 100% self-managed and you’re going to be left alone to get the job done, cold calling, senior account management, key customer account management, upselling and pricing and quoting jobs is a daily requirement. You need to able to operate and provide detailed delivery through excellent customer service and work through referrals and industry leads. You need to manage your territory and show that you know how sales are successfully achieved. Your market areas will be

  • Quarries
  • Mine Sites – Open cut and Underground
  • Demolition Projects
  • Land Clearing

In this role you will have full disposal to large earthmoving equipment like –

  • Excavators
  • Loaders
  • Compactions
  • Graders
  • Wheel loaders
  • Dozer
  • Water Carts
  • Haul Trucks

Candidate Requirements –

Your outstanding track record in business sales distinguishes you from your peers. Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and marketing strategies. The focus to the role is to develop and deliver high quality customer service and make mark in the industry.

  • You must Have Hire equipment experience 5 + Years
  • Strong contract within the above markets
  • Passionate for Sales and New business Development
  • Winning attitude and great Team player
  • Your enthusiasm and passion for working with the market leader is key, We are looking for that rare individual that has what it takes but is also a family man with responsibilities.

  • Professional and excellent at negotiations and winning tenders.

Salary package –
