This company is one of Australia’s largest earthmoving equipment Hire companies. They have a fleet of over 650 units on the east coast. Established in 2005 this business has gone from strength to strength. With a Brand-new branch facility in Brisbane East, they are looking to build the state of Brisbane and work towards building and establishing themselves throughout the major civil, mining, quarry and key construction / infrastructure projects. With 24/7 support and one of the biggest rental names in the industry you will be proud to work for Heavy rental leader.

Opportunity -

In this existing opportunity your focus will be targeting the major earthmoving and mining equipment fleets. Your also going to be targeting the tier 2’s and tier 3 clientele and looking to secure long term contracts over 12 months. The business needs someone that has the tenacity and energy to be out in the field driving business and winning relationships. It’s imperative that you can source and win clients from cold calling and leveraging from exciting relationships that business has already have on board but also relationships that you can bring across. This a true form BDM role that will heavily focussed SALES. You’re going to be covering all of Brisbane and traveling extensively. With key success in other states the management team feel as the QLD market sets to grow for the Olympics and the Rugby world cup they are going to require Heavy Equipment rental to do most of the heavy demolition and excavation within the city of Brisbane. This role will be 100% focussed on winning new projects and really giving it your all.

Ethical and excellent customer service is required on a daily basics along with a professional outlook towards building new business. You must also be motivated and driven to be successful in winning over your clients. The key driving focus is maximising growth within the rental markets, You will sell the contacts either daily, weekly, or long term contracts.

Candidate Reequipments –

  • 4 + years in Earthmoving or associate equipment Hire
  • Strong contact with Tier2,3 Markets
  • Excellent negotiations and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Passionate about the rental Industry
  • Trade shows and work events

Salary Package –

  • $120,000 / $140,000 base salary
  • Commissions up to $30,000pa)
  • Fully Maintained Company Car

  • All Other “Tools of the Trade” Required
