Do you have Credit Analysis experience with residential home loans, having worked at either a lender or Mortgage Brokerage?

Our client is a boutique mortgage broking firm based in the Wollongong Area. Due to exceptional growth, they are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to work with a high performing broker and the wider team.

Our client is open to both junior and senior candidates, they can craft the role around this person, depending on where they are at in their career.

The role:

• Analyse information provided by broker and clients to determine borrowing capacity
• Work on multiple complex scenarios at the same time with varying
• Calls & emails to lenders to ensure their policy allows clients to proceed with the structure they want
• Inbound calls & emails to clients that relate to all aspects of the research process
• Prepare product comparisons and handover checklists to the Applications Team

You will have:

• Experience in the lending industry
• Knowledge of all steps involved during the process of obtaining a loan
• Strong relationship management skills
• Solid negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organised professional
