ILS has evolved over the last 18 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 stores and over 800+ team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint.

A unique opportunity exists for a driven Casual Service Co-Ordinator at our Bayswater Showroom.

Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to pro-actively build relationships and drive sales. Initially, this would be for approximately 15 - 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, schedule and organise servicing of our products, including allocation of service technicians, coordinating spare parts and ensuring jobs are completed within service level agreements
  • Raise transfers for spare parts and liaise with procurement on ETA’s to ensure spare parts are available for jobs as required
  • Monitor, manage and report on defined service KPI’s, particularly around utilisation of technicians and resources
  • Support field technical enquiries and provide appropriate assistance where required
  • Provide general administrative support to the Service Team
  • Liaise with Customers, Field Technicians and other internal departments to get the best outcomes for our customers

  • A flexible 'can do' attitude
  • SAP experience is highly advantageous
