About the role
As a Client Care Representative at Hidden Hearing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients in our Northshore clinic. This is a full-time role that offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic and caring team in the healthcare industry.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing client appointments
- Maintaining accurate client records and files
- Assisting with the coordination of client care and treatment plans
- Providing general administrative support to the wider clinic team
- Handling government claims and applications
- Data entry
- Minor hearing aid repairs and maintenance - Training will be provided
- Handling client inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Experience in a similar client-facing or healthcare administration role
- Efficient in a fast-paced role with multiple processes, able to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and maintain high productivity without compromising quality
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility
- A caring and compassionate attitude towards client needs
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and clinical administration processes
