We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator & Estimator to join our team. This role is approximately 70% administration/coordination and 30% estimating, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical aspects of estimating and the dynamic nature of project management. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong project coordination skills, and experience in residential construction estimating, this opportunity is for you!-Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare clear and precise scopes of works, cost estimates, material take-offs, and floor plans for bathroom, kitchen, and laundry renovations.
• Manage customer communications and take the lead in progressing projects to meet deadlines.
• Perform administrative tasks, including requesting supplier quotes, revising quotes, ordering stock, and acting as the liaison between clients and suppliers.
• Oversee multiple projects in the preliminary stages, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Assist with planning, execution, and project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure resources and materials are available on time.
• Identify potential project issues and collaborate with the team to develop solutions.
• Support with scheduling and invoicing.

About You:

• Experience in residential construction estimating (preferred).
• Background in project administration, coordination, estimating, or project management (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, juggle multiple priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High level of administrative skills, with the ability to manage documentation, quotes, and project details efficiently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
