The Role - Smile Life

• Full time 38 hours a week
• Start from April
• Monday-Friday. Rotating Saturday morning.

You will be our go to person for the dental team. Being a new practice you will be one of the building blocks to getting the practice running well.

You will work with the front team to run our books and create a smooth day for all of us. You will have an understanding of how to manage a book, dental procedures, dental accreditation and managing stock.

If you have reception experience or desire to learn we would love to extend your scope. We are looking for a permanent full-time person.

Our Practice

Our practice is located in the heart of the Leichhardt on the corner of Norton Street and Maccauley street. We have a practice in the city we all work in yet this is our new start up practice. We have 4 clinician owners and a full female team.

Our Philosophy

Smile Life believes in building long lasting relationships with our clients. We aim to provide excellent customer service, affordable preventative care and practical home care advice. We are a team based practice and we like our clients! The goal is to have everyone at an optimal level of health that is maintained through effective communication and appropriate clinical measures. Education and effective clinical interventions are key for this practice.

Our wonderful modern practice is located 10 minutes' walk form the light rail and 10mins from Petersham station. There is even a bus stop right outside. There is no onsite parking yet you park round the road.

Applicants ideally would have:

• at least 2 years' experience in Dental Nurse
• Ideally experience as a Dental reception
• proficient knowledge of Principal
• excellent telephone manner
• confident in using Tyro and Payment plans.
• experience in assisting and managing workflow
• understanding of infection control
