About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Dental Assistant-Nurse and Receptionist to join the team at Burleigh Dentistry & Implants. This is a fantastic role within a leading dental practice located in Burleigh, Queensland. As a Dental Assistant-Nurse and Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dentists with procedures, and managing the front-of-house operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the dentists during patient consultations and procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and sterile clinical environment
• Preparing treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments
• Handling patient enquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and inventory
• Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols

What we're looking for

• Dental Assistant or Dental Nursing qualification
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in using dental software and technology
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
