Eric Davis Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant or Dental Nurse to join our team. This role is primarily focused on clinical assisting, with some support duties at the front desk as needed. Our busy practice, located approximately 30 minutes north of Brisbane, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to contribute to our patient-focused environment.

About the Role:

This role is primarily chairside assisting, with occasional front desk support.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the dentist with procedures and sterilization
• Ensuring excellent patient care and comfort
• Managing treatment room setup and instrument processing
• Supporting the front desk team when required (e.g., answering calls, booking appointments, and processing payments)

Skills & Experience:

✔ Dental assisting experience is essential
✔ Some front desk/reception experience is beneficial but not the primary focus
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Attention to detail and ability to multitask
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Computer proficiency
✔ Reliability and a proactive attitude
