Reports to: Digital Activations Lead

Primary Focus

  • Managing a diverse supplier portfolio, leading strategic media initiatives, and working closely with the internal digital team.Implementing digital activations across search, social, display media, and overseeing multi-channel campaigns, including onsite activations.Reporting to the Digital Activations Lead, the individual will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed successfully and delivered.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns with Digital Account Managers, identifying opportunities for performance improvements across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships while driving digital innovation and a testing framework.
  • Work with AdOps and Agency teams on campaign setup, tracking, and post-campaign analysis, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Provide campaign updates to Account Management teams and deliver performance reports using tools like Looker, Power BI, and GA4.
  • Work closely with Suppliers as well as Buying and Marketing functions to deliver exceptional services across the business.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stores, DCs, business units, departments and their management and staff.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and foster good communication with departmental/ functional colleagues as well as other staff and management.
  • Promote and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in managing paid media campaigns, working with Meta, Pinterest, Tiktok, Google Ads.
  • Programmatic Trading Experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on Looker studio and GA4.
  • Good working knowledge of ad networks, exchanges, or auction marketplaces.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make major decisions.
  • Good general IT and Computer skills.

  • Understanding of the digital landscape with a desire to learn about emerging technologies.
  • A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Hands on practical approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment.
