Stone Roseville/Willoughby is seeking an experienced Property Manager working alongside the Head of Department to join their award winning residential management team where you will work with the best.

Applicants will ideally possess:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a residential real estate role
• Property Tree experience preferred
• A strong desire to achieve above & beyond
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Strong written & verbal communication skills with exceptional time management
• Own a late model motor vehicle & hold a current Drivers Licence
• A current Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent or Real Estate Licence
• A willingness to undertake further training - Traineeship opportunity to gain Real Estate Licence available
• Be excited by the opportunity to advance themselves, our portfolio & team

Your main duties would include:

• Liaise with Tenants & Suppliers
• Coordinate & manage repairs
• Conduct Open for Inspections
• Conduct Routine, Ingoing & Outgoing inspections & prepare reports
• Prepare & execute Leases
